Nadine Limousin holds the French Diplôme d’Expertise Comptable (DEC), the professional qualification required for registration with the French Order of Chartered Accountants (Ordre des experts-comptables) and for practicing as an expert-comptable in France.



Throughout her career, she has held senior financial leadership positions, including CFO responsibilities in complex multi-entity organizations. Her experience covers financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, accounting and tax coordination, compliance, corporate administration and finance team management.

She founded EASY OAD LLC to provide U.S. companies with an experienced point of contact when establishing, expanding or managing business activities in France.

Through EASY OAD, Nadine combines senior financial expertise with practical cross-border coordination. She helps U.S. management teams understand French business requirements, organize the appropriate administrative and financial processes, and coordinate with qualified French professionals and service providers when required.
